Hi Flo, It is a pleasure to reacquaint with you! You are right; my internal state determines how I receive and respond in any situation. Even in events beyond my control, I, depending on my state, can amplify or diminish the repercusions. I also ocean swim 5 evenings a week; I would like to join you. The ocean detoxifys my jumbled emotions. I remember going to a music concert at UCSD with you and your Father; I appreciated your inclusiveness. Thanks for the swing dance. All good magic and medicine to you, CHARON tel.619 563 3951

I love Richard Bach and the quote you posted touched my core!

"I thought- how sad to give up so soon before becoming a butterfly. If he only knew the miracle that was just around the corner he might have kept going…"

So many give up right before the miracle is ready to unfold, manifest into material reality, or the shift occurs going from despair to joy. We look at the cocoon and think how confining, how ugly , and then, after the struggle of the birthing process, the beautiful butterfly appears.

Thank you for this reminder to never give up!
