Self-Realization is to wake up to the truth of what we are by removing layers and layers of pretense we used to shield ourselves. Only by stripping away the layers of untruth and shedding our make-believe protections one by one are we able to find true freedom – the freedom of being who we truly are — naturally, fearlessly, and effortlessly.
